It would be awesome if the seamless Freshdesk and Freschat integration (for agents) can also be seamless for customers. At the moment, if you want to offer live chat and ticket forms to customers, you need to use two separate widgets.


A lot of other providers offer to use a single widget (e.g. HelpScout and Zendesk) that makes the customer experience much nicer with just one widget :)
