I'm using the free plan now, is there anyhow i can remove / amend / disable the email footer "XXXXXX powered by freshdesk"

Hope you are well. The email footer will be added by default in all the email addressed from Freshdesk in the sprout plan. However, this could be disabled in the blossom and above plans.
