We need your help to integrate FreshDesc with our SKY system. I read out your API documentation but could not find any reference which can tell me: How Freshdesk will communicate to our system when a New create ticket.


we want to listen the call whenever new ticket created. Please provide reference.

Hello Pratiman,

Apologies for the delay in getting back. The Freshdesk API documentation lists the publicly available APIs of Freshdesk. However, if it is that you are trying to trigger an API call or communicate with your own application you would have to make sure that you the provision to support API calls in your application.
