Hello,


I have two suggestions for improving Freshdesk:

1 - I would like it to be possible to personalize your portal from the Sprout plan. I find that my stand has an outdated design and would like to be able to customize it further. If that is not possible to do with the Sprout plan, you should offer a new modern and sleek design by default in a future update.


2 - Finally, would it be possible to be able to choose a different background color in order to differentiate customer and agent tickets (as is the case in the administration)? This would allow the requester to differentiate their tickets from those of the agent with a different color.


What do you think ?

Hello Romano,

Apologies for the delay in getting back. Regarding your concern, it would only be possible to customise the customer portal only from the Estate and above plans. All the other plans, would only have the default Freshdesk portal. Also, if you drop us an email at support@freshdesk.com with more context on the feedback with relevant screenshots it would be helpful for us to have them passed as feedback.


With respect to yur second query, I understand that you are trying to differentiate agent and customer responses in the customer portal. Again, this is something that would be possible through portal customisation which is available in the Estate and above plans. I hope that explains.
