Spam - opened tickets

Hello, 

We still have the problem with the unopened tickets. We have this Message Delivery Failure like 10K times. Can you help to close those tickets at once or just delete them if they are not important?

If you have a specific subject/common email address from whom you receive these kind of tickets, you can create a Ticket creation rule under Admin >> Automations and delete/spam the tickets automatically as soon as they are created inside your Freshdesk instance.
