Search and send Bulk update

Hi Guys, here is what I want, I hope you can help me out!

I have over 700+ Unresolved and on hold tickets.


When I search for example the word 'carplay' I found 12 tickets that contain the word CarPlay.. perfect! but now I would like to send a Bulk Update to this 12 tickets with one answer and close them.


Is this possible, I can not find the solution.

    Freshdesk's team does not care about clients and the community. There's some feature requests waiting 8+ years for a solution, they absolutely have no idea about what a community driven product is. It's ridiculous that some basic features are not developed, or even planned. You can see how they are not willing with the community just filtering ideas that are "planned" or "in progress", you will find absolutely nothing.

    The search results can only be filtered and cannot be bulk-updated. You could set the Search preferences right to further narrow down on the results.




    It is only the ticket list view that now supports bulk update.




    PS: Only 30 tickets can be actioned at once and the ones where the mandatory ticket fields are not filled will be skipped.
