    Hi Koen,


    You can indeed integrate Freshservice with your Microsoft Office 365 calendar. We have an inbuilt app available in the Marketplace. The integration allows agents to sync scheduled tasks, changes and meetings with requesters in Freshservice with their Office 365 Calendar account in real-time.


    You can install the app by navigating to Admin >> Helpdesk Productivity >> Apps >> Get More Apps
