Has anyone here tried integrating Freshdesk with Teamwork Projects? I've been trying to integrate them via Zapier but so far it doesn't work. What I'd like to work on is this:
If a note has been added on a ticket, that note should be added on Teamwork as a new task comment. Any idea on how to accomplish it?
