In https://support.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/50000001623 that's not the question I was asking. I installed the Intercom plugin but it doesn't show anything in Freshdesk. What fields have to match between Freshdesk and Intercom for the information to show up? Is it email? Name? Something else?
