I would love to be able to wirite this in a ticket:
Just run %%ROOTDIR%%/scripts/startall
This would save a lot of time over having to look up installation info for each client as we correspond with them. This would be even more valuable in forums and solutions, where I find myself writing text like this:
Just run /myproduct/topdir/scripts/startall
This assumes your software is installed in /myproduct/topdir; your system may be different.
The customizing could be done by customer segment -- but it would be even more useful to have an easy way to reference custom field values from the company and customer pages.
