Allow tagging an entire group in notes

We can already tag individual users in FreshDesk notes, but would it be possible to also enable scenarios for tagging an entire team (group) in the note?

    We understand your need for notifying groups in notes but I am afraid it is currently not possible. It is indeed a valid requirement and an existing feature request at our end.We'll definitely keep you posted once we get further updates.
