Allow client or customer to access reports analytics

Hi a few clients have requested in the last weeks if there is a way to allow their clients to access some of the reports filtered so they can see only the info associated with that client.


I don't know if there is a way to extend the presentation mode to the clients so they can access their information in the reports when they need to.

Hey Erix!  


There is an 'Export tickets' option that we provide on the customer side of the portal and this should allow the customers to export the tickets submitted by them during a defined time period along with the choice of desired ticket fields in a CSV or an Excel file format. The reports/Analytics and the metrics involved in them are designed to track the ticketing pattern and the performance of the agents on the helpdesk and this could not be extended to the customer portal. Alternatively, you could create/save a report filtered by tickets raised by a specific contact or a company and the same could be scheduled to be sent to the email addresses of preferred stakeholders.
