is it possible to integrate Freservice into the Active directory to control freshservice groups by the AD?

    Hey Johannes,


    Could you please tell us if you are referring to legacy AD, or Azure AD?


    Also, do you need to mirror your Azure AD groups as agent groups or requester groups?

    hi. both would be nice.

    actually we use legacy AD but we are able to sync the needet AD groups to AAD

    primary as agent group to minimize onboarding and administration effort of agents.

    Hey Johannes,


    We're currently working with a partner to build an SCIM-based Azure AD sync app. The initial scope of the app would be to provision Freshservice users from Azure AD and keep their user profiles in sync. The initial version will not support addition and removal from groups - that's something we'll consider adding in a later revision.
